Here, everything is done to reproduce the flavors of southern Italy. The ingredients are fresh and selected with the greatest attention: Pomodoro San Marzano dell'Agro Sarnese-Nocerino D.O.P., organic eggplants, no Calabrian (spicy sausage), fior di latte and mozzarella smoke.

The dough is obtained with the flour "00" coming from the mills of Caputo recognized for their quality then kneaded with fresh yeast or leaven, according to the atmospheric conditions of the day. The wood oven is also from Italy. In short real pizzas as we do in Naples in the strictest rules of art.
